Research data policy
GAP encourages transparent, responsible handling of research data while respecting privacy, ethical approvals, and disciplinary standards.
Data availability
Authors should describe where supporting data can be accessed when it is ethically and legally possible to share it. Data may be included in the article, supplementary files, institutional repositories, public repositories, or made available on reasonable request.
Sensitive data
Human participant data, animal research records, clinical information, confidential institutional data, and commercially sensitive files must be handled according to applicable approvals and consent restrictions.
Editorial checks
Editors and reviewers may ask for clarification, analysis files, reporting checklists, or additional methodological detail when data transparency affects evaluation.
