Integrity of the record
Corrections, complaints, and concerns
GAP provides routes for authors, readers, reviewers, and institutions to raise concerns about published or submitted work.
Corrections
Minor errors that do not affect the scholarly conclusions may be corrected through a notice or corrected version where appropriate.
Retractions and expressions of concern
Serious issues such as unreliable findings, unethical research, plagiarism, fabricated data, or compromised peer review may require an expression of concern or retraction after editorial assessment.
Complaints
Complaints should include the article or manuscript title, journal name, clear description of the concern, supporting evidence, and contact details. GAP reviews concerns proportionately and may consult editors, reviewers, authors, or institutions.
